No good tree bears bad fruit. No bad tree bears good fruit.
Know each tree by the fruit it bears. You will not see people get figs from thornbushes, or grapes from brambles.
Good people bring good things out of the good treasure of their heart. Evil people brings evil things out of the evil treasure of their heart.
And as the heart overflows, the mouth speaks.
(Matthew 7:15-23; Matthew 12:33-37)
F is for Fashion Emergency
Some days even your clothing turns against you. Ripped jeans, stains, zippers –fashion mishaps can make you wish you could turn invisible.
The good news: if you’re not a shape shifter, quick thinking can save you from utter disaster. So push past the mortification and get moving.
E is for Emergency Kit
Most people don’t expect emergencies. But they happen to everyone, every day, in every part of the world.
A good emergency kit can mean the difference between an adventure and a very bad day. This goes double a flood, fire, earthquake, or giant monster attack.
C is for Chores.
Imagine a world without chores. Sounds great, right?
But think about it for a moment.
No one ever washes their clothes. No one cleans the bathroom sink. No one vacuums the floor. No one washed the dishes.
Pretty scary, huh? The smell alone would be enough to kill you.
If you’re blessed enough to have a roof over your head, food to eat, and clothes to wear, then you have chores. Learn how to live with them.
A is for Airplane.
